Accounting fees explained
Clarus Accountancy Group offers monthly accounting packages starting from £29.99 for sole traders, £49.99 for limited companies and £34.99 for partnerships. These are starting prices; the final fee, VAT treatment and included services will be confirmed in your written quotation after reviewing your requirements.
What affects the fee
The quotation depends on the scope of work. Useful details include:
- Your business structure and the reporting periods involved.
- Transaction volume and the condition of your records.
- The number of payroll employees and pay frequency, where relevant.
- The services you want included and any approaching deadlines.
- Your software and any bookkeeping or handover work required.
Choose the support you need

Read the scope alongside the price
Before agreeing a service, confirm the fee, whether VAT applies, payment arrangements, reporting periods, software charges and the treatment of extra work. Check cancellation and renewal terms in your engagement.
A quotation is useful when it makes the responsibilities clear: what Clarus will do, what you will provide and who approves or submits each document.
